Where are you based?

We are located in Newcastle, on the central coast of NSW. Our products are made with love from our workshop here.

Can I customise an order?

Absolutely! We know that each home is different and love to offer our customers an opportunity to create a product that is the perfect fit for their home. That is the beauty of each product being handmade by us. If you are after a custom piece submit a Custom Stone Quote Form.

How do I care for my stone pieces?

At Unrivalled we design pieces to be enjoyed beyond one generation, sometimes this means they need a TLC. Lithofin is the world leader in natural stone cleaning and protection products. We recommend the following products to look after your special pieces:

  • Lithofin MN Easy-Care: This product cleans, enhances and maintains the surface in one action. Buy here.
  • Lithofin Easy-Clean: For everyday cleaning of small stone surfaces. This product will enhance the appearance of the stone and leave a pleasant odour. Buy here.
  • Lithofin MN Stain-Stop: This product protects absorbent, stain sensitive natural stone surfaces from staining. Buy here.
  • Lithofin OIL-EX Stain Remover: This product removes stubborn grease and deep oiled staining. Buy here.

Do you have a showroom?

We also offer viewings of our stone for Newcastle based people.

Tell me more about shipping?

At the moment all of our homewares and furniture are available to be shipped both in Australia. We offer a flat rate for furniture items depending on what state you are delivering too. If you are ordering more than two furniture items the rate will increase. If you have any further questions email us at or on instagram @unrivalled_interiors

We also offer pick up from our workspace in Newcastle.

Can I return a product?

If you would like to return your item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs. Refunds aren’t available for items that are on sale. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns of furniture unless there is a fault.

Due to the nature of the Travertine there are holes and distinct differences in each piece. If you are concerned please contact us directly and we can provide you with photos of the finished piece prior to sending.

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

All pieces are made to order, please allow 6-12 weeks for pieces to be produced. If you need your items earlier, please contact us directly at or send us a message on Instagram @unrivalled_interiors
