Refunds and Returns Policy


If you would like to return your item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs. Refunds aren’t available for items that are on sale. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns of furniture unless there is a fault.

Due to the nature of natural stone there are variances and distinct differences in each piece. If you are concerned, please contact us directly and we can provide you with photos of the stone prior to making your item/s.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our team to submit a damaged goods claim. This claim is to be lodged within 24 hours of receiving the item/s.

  • Items damaged 
  • Supporting images of the damaged box and item
